The Vector Plant offs you the ultimate solution for ice cream industry (stick ice
cream or stick ice water), with state-of-art design concept and manufacturing quality.

The main technological advantages of Vector Plant are given by follows:
Utilizing of PLC (programmable logical controller) & E-command interface.
Hybrid of mechanical transmission & pneumatic transmission.
Ultra-high flow rate of brine water spraying system & brine water PRM (pressure-regulating mechanism)
BLAM: brine water level adjusting mechanism.
Embodied air tank for the best performance of the pneumatic system.
Online monitoring & trouble shooting (Based on INTERNET access service). Optional

A standard Vector Plant comes with a shell filling unit; a main filling unit; an vacuum
sucking unit; a stick inserting unit (flat stick) and a chocolate coating
unit.

We also provide a wide range of functional units to accommodate variable solutions
for our clients such as 3D products' accessories.

The Vector Plant can be coupling with the VectorPac 150 wrapping unit, VectorPac 250
wrapping unit or VectorPac 370 wrapping unit to achieve auto production purpose.

Note:
1. Round stick inserting unit is available by taking order.
2. Irregular / double Stick Inserting units are available by taking orders.
3. The Vector Plant can be designed to accommodate irregular size of moulds.
4. Customized functional units are available.
5. The Max productivity of 3D ice cream plant is halved compare to the standard Vector
Plant.

A vacuum sucking unit
A main filling unit
A stick inserting unit

Auxiliary equipments:
VectorPac 150, VectorPac 250 and VectorPac 370 ice cream wrapping units
